Jackie J.

Administrative Director

Jackie is an experienced healthcare professional and brings 23 years of expertise in medical billing and management. She received an Applied Science Degree in Healthcare Office Management from Harper College. Jackie’s current endeavor at Step Forward Therapy is helping families with their healthcare benefits and provides assistance in attaining the medical care their loved one’s need. During her free time, Jackie spends time with her family, friends and two dogs. Additionally, she enjoys baking, playing video games with her son and watching quirky reality tv shows.

Rebecca B.

Administrative Assistant

Rebecca has a BA in sociology, a BS in nutrition and a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine. She joined Step Forward Therapy as an Administrative Assistant in 2022.

Rebecca is married with 3 children.
In her free time, she loves fitness, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Diana Z-S.

Billing Specialist

Diana has been in the medical field for about 8 years and is a certified medical biller and coder. She received her Certified Coding Associate (CCA) credentials from AHIMA this past year. She was recently married and enjoys making desserts, playing badminton, and spending time with her friends and family. She is also bilingual in Spanish. Her job is to make sure families understand and maximize their medical benefits and she makes sure that patients are adequately compensated and billed correctly for the services provided.

Adrianna C.

HR Manager

Adrianna is the HR Manager at Step Forward therapy. Her background is in Talent Acquisition and Business Administration and Operations. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul University, and she is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Adrianna enjoys traveling to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula to go hiking with her husband, son (sometimes), and their dog. She enjoys taking nature photos and do acrylic paint pouring.

Kristine H.

Scheduling

Kristine has a two year background in the medical field while studying for her certification in Medical Billing and Coding. She is passionate about making patients feel secure in their team here and allowing them to feel comfortable in reaching out with their scheduling needs. Kristine like to read and attend concerts in her free time.
